Locally owned and operated, Grand China has been a local favorite in the community of Tahlequah, Oklahoma since 1992. Fresh out of college, but with a true passion for cooking, Shirley Lan started this Chinese restaurant. She moved to northeastern Oklahoma from Flagstaff, Arizona.
